Frequently Asked Questions
What makes you different from other AI content services?
Most AI content studios are run by marketers who learned to write prompts. We’re led by a commercial photographer who has spent a career directing real shoots: managing lighting, styling, producing, editing. The difference shows in every image. We don’t guess at what looks good. We know.
How does AI-powered photography work?
You send us your product and brand guidelines. Our creative director, a career photographer, develops concepts, compositions, and lighting direction based on decades of production experience. AI handles the execution at a speed and cost that would be impossible with traditional crews and studios. The result is editorial-quality content, delivered in days instead of weeks.
Can't I just use an AI tool myself?
You can. But self-serve generators produce generic output. Editorial product photography requires directed revision: correcting labels, proportions, styling, light. Every image we deliver goes through multiple rounds of generation to get the details right. That workflow took hundreds of hours to develop. Your time is better spent running your brand.
Why do you require a retainer commitment?
Great creative gets better over time. A retainer ensures priority scheduling, builds brand knowledge that makes every image feel native to your identity, and means you never scramble for content again.
Do I own the images you create?
Yes. Every image we deliver comes with full commercial usage rights. Use them on your website, social media, packaging, advertising, Amazon listings, anywhere you need them. They’re yours.
What if I’m not happy with the results?
Every tier includes revisions. I stay in it until the work is right. In practice, a clear brief at the start means revisions are minimal.
What about the environmental impact of AI?
It’s a fair question. The short answer: the math favors this approach over traditional production. No crew travel, no food waste, no studio energy. Read the full breakdown.
